PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE CONDITIONS OF BOOKING ON THIS PAGE.

Payment for your holiday

We accept BACS and Cheque payments.

Bookings of 7 nights or less require payment in full. Bookings of 8nights or more require a deposit of 50% of the total amount with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made 4 weeks or less prior to the arrival date will also require payment in full.

Deposits are non-returnable

Arrival and departure times

All pitches available from 2pm on arrival. All pitches must be vacated by 12am on departure.

Late arrivals

If you expect to arrive after 8pm please let us know by calling 01637 860314. In the event of a “no show” we will treat your booking as cancelled.

Number in your party

It is a condition of your booking that the total in your party does not exceed the confirmed numbers.

Children

We want your children to be happy and most importantly safe so insist that all under 16yrs of age must be supervised at all times by an adult with parental responsibility.

Dogs

Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended at any time and cannot be left on your pitch alone. All fouling must be cleaned up. There is a maximum of two per pitch. Dogs must be under control at all times.

Carnewas Farm Holidays reserve the right to ask people to leave if they are causing a nuisance or unreasonable behaviour.
